A review of Sunrise Dairies by Morrison written on Friday 8th of November 2024
On 6th august cancelled my delivery as orders not always reliable they sent text and amount was wrong was higher than usual and should have been less by 3 pints and 1 orange juice,
Their reply : Hi I’ll get that sorted for you.
On 6th October received a text to say : Hi I am contacting you as there is an outstanding amount on your account which we would appreciate if you could clear as soon as possible so we can close it. the amount is £34.75 Thankyou.
I replied immediatly with text saying :On 6th August i text you the
text and reply as follows.
Good morning, you have left me a bill for £27.85p this morning when it is usually £27.60p why the increase?
I am sorry but i shall cancel my delivery as of today 6th August, please send me a revised bill up to today 6th August so i may settle the account, remembering i had no milk or orange juice on Saturday 2nd August. Thank you .

Hi I’ll get that sorted for you.
Therefore i do not owe you
£34.75 my account was closed on 6th August the amount i may owe is £27.60 less the cost of 3 semi skimmed pints and 1 ltr of orange juice. Please adjust your records and bill me the correct amount .
IM STILL WAITING FOR REPLY today is 8th November 24.
