"A Real Country Inn"

Having just spent what should have been a one night stay at this Inn but which turned into two nights due to my husband being ill I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment we received from the owner and staff. They were so very kind and helpful to us. The Inn itself had to be seen to be believed as it retained all the old charm inside you would expect from the outside and yet retained a really cosy atmosphere with even a log fire for the evenings. The food was wonderful and plenty of it and was available when you wanted it. A great choice of meals and the breakfast eggs were out of this world - free range bantam and yellower than I have ever seen - wonderful!

I cannot recommend this Inn highly enough and wish we could go back every weekend!.
